LifeTime Electrostatic Air Filters approved by Wal-Mart consumer testing laboratories
Back in 1992 Wal-Mart selected the LifeTime brand of electrostatic air filter over all other brands on the market at that time!
In the nineties, Wal-Mart was a million plus dollar a year account for the LifeTime electrostatic air filters. A corporate decision decided against carrying a permanent furnace filter product in all of it's outlets. Today only a few Wal-Mart stores offer the LifeTime electrostatic air filter and only in sizes common in their market area.
Notes from the report:
1. The sample exhibits good material and construction qualities, with good overall performance characteristics and conforms to its labeled size.
2. The sample demonstrates good overall filtration performance with approximately 95% dust arrestance of particles sized 0.5 microns and up.
3. The sample demonstrates good overall efficiency with a dust capacity of over 100 grams per square foot.
4. The sample provides good packaging, labeling and installation instructions.
